How To Provide Access To Common Platforms

Google Ads
1.  Log into google analytics at https://analytics.google.com/
2.  Choose "Admin" in the bottom left corner
3.  Then, choose "User Management" under the middle column
4.  From here, select the blue "+" icon on the top right corner
5.  Choose "add users"
6.  Enter the following e-mail address: [email we provide]
7.  Leave the box checked
8.  Make sure Edit, Collaborate, Read & Analyze are all CHECKED
9.  Manage users does NOT need to be checked

Google Analytics
1.  Log into google analytics at https://analytics.google.com
2.  Choose "Admin" in the bottom left corner

Google My Business
1.  Log into google my business at https://business.google.com
2.  Select "Users" on the left hand column
3.  Then, click the "+" icon with the people symbol in the top right corner
4.  Enter the following e-mail: [email we provide]
5.  In the drop-down menu, select Manager
6.  Click invite

Facebook Ads
1.  Please e-mail us with your facebook ad account ID
2.  To find your ID, go to your facebook ads manager at https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/accounts/
3.  Copy your ID and paste it into an email to [email we provide]
4.  Wait for an email back requesting you approve access (Can take 24 hours)
5.  All set

Wordpress
1.  Login to your wordpress backend (usually http://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin)
2.  Head to users->add new
3.  Fill in the required email (email we provide)
4.  Choose any password
5.  Set user role to Editor
6.  Select send this password to the user by email

Google Tag Manager
1.  Login to https://tagmanager.google.com/
2.  Select the "Admin" menu on the top left corner
3.  Choose "User management" under the container for your website
4.  Click the red NEW button
5.  Add "email we will provide" with "PUBLISH" access
